How We Conduct Our Sales:
Initially we meet with a client at the proposed site, consultations are complimentary and confidential. Estate sales generally run between one and three days depending on the contents involved. Once contracted, Legacy will take professional photographs of key items within your estate and upload them to our website. We welcome and answer all inquiries from those that inquire about your items through our site. We take great care in the display and staging of items in your sale. All pieces are researched, inspected and evaluated prior to price assignment. In some circumstances we utilize other modes of sale such as the internet in order to increase revenue. Advertising is placed with local and county papers, via our website, through our extensive email following and with town signage. All sales are professionally staffed and security is present. Our staff “works” the floor and provides assistance as needed. Crowds are managed through a numbering system and bid sheets are used to maximize dollar sales. At the conclusion of the sale a professional report is delivered to the client that outlines all items sold and there respective selling prices.
Clean-Outs:
We offer turn-key clean-outs with services such as: complete contents removal, house cleaning, window cleaning, painting and repairs. Clean-outs are typically accomplished in one day as we have the man-power to get the job done fast.
