The Butler: 

Our basic short-term caretaking plan.  This plan includes weekly or bi-weekly home visual checks. Homeowner and Legacy Representative complete a descriptive form capturing the needs of the homeowner. Some options may include:

  • Lighting
  • Roof /Gutter Check
  • Plant Watering
  • Cat/Bird Care
  • Newspaper/Mail Collection

The Chatelaine:

When you require more than just a visual inspection, we offer more in-depth services including (but not limited to):

The Castellan:

The Castellan Plan encompasses elements of both the Butler and Chatelaine Plans plus the addition of some specialized services and concierge offerings including (but not limited to):

  • Home Preparation
  • Secure Home after Departure
  • Prepare Home For Arrival
  • Grocery Shopping and Pantry Stocking
  • Key Holder Service
  • Pet/Livestock Care
  • Errand Service
  • In-Home Party and Meeting Planning
  • Tee Times, Vacation Planning (specializing in Disney Trips)
